I started training with Mark after searching for a local Personal Trainer and seeing his previous client's results. I wanted to 'tone up' as people say but in reality didn't know exactly what that meant just that I wanted to look better.
Not only have I achieved a body I didn't actually think I could but I have learned a lot along the way. How to train efficiently, how to create a healthy but realistic diet myself and how to remain consistent. It was by far the best money I have spent, especially with the savings I make now on my normal food shop!
