I trained with Mark about 9 weeks after giving birth to my baby boy after an emergency C section.
Due to my operation, we mainly focused on my diet and bodyweight movements to ensure i was fit enough to progress.
Once i was able to fully train we focused on core exercises to assist with my tummy area and full body movements to expends as much energy in my sessions as possible. 12 weeks after i started training i was back to my pre pregnancy weight and over the moon with my fitness and how my body looked.

I worked with Mark for 12 months and in that time lost just under 18 stone. I have completely changed my lifestyle, my choices, my eating, my mentality. Mark and I decided to cap off my amazing year by completing the Liverpool Triathlon for charity. To think a year ago I couldn't walk 100m to the local shop without being out of breath to actually completing a Triathlon! He is patient, understanding, and motivating all of the time. He kept me going and was always in contact to make sure I was doing everything that was required of me. Yes it was hard work but it was always going to be and I wouldn't change that for anything. I got out of it exactly what Mark and I put in to it!
I started training with Mark after searching for a local Personal Trainer and seeing his previous client's results. I wanted to 'tone up' as people say but in reality didn't know exactly what that meant just that I wanted to look better. Not only have I achieved a body I didn't actually think I could but I have learned a lot along the way. How to train efficiently, how to create a healthy but realistic diet myself and how to remain consistent. It was by far the best money I have spent, especially with the savings I make now on my normal food shop!
Sooo happy with my results with MGPT! I came to Mark after giving birth to my son as I wanted to know the best way to get back into my fitness routine and my pre baby body. Marks post natal results have been excellent and choosing him was easy. I have now had baby number 2 and am right back into my training with Mark and loving seeing my body change so quickly yet again. Since starting my training with Mark I cant see myself now having my weekly sessions with him. It was challenging to begin with getting my body to get used to all the different types of workouts but after just 4 weeks i could see the difference already.
Now not only do i see it but i feel so much better for remaining consistent with my diet he set and training. I have developed a much healthier lifestyle with the advice Mark has given me and am managing to maintain this whist in work and at the weekends due to Mark monitoring my progress.
I was sceptical when i began as didnt think i would find that 'fitness bug' but as me and Mark get on and he allows me to have input into the types of sessions we carry out i can now say im a newly formed fitness fanatic.
Im am continuously receiving compliments from family, friends and colleagues and a fair few have also taken up Mark's services as a result.
